One World One Heart Giveaway

I am doing the One World~One Heart giveaway again this year. If you click on the picture above you can learn more about the event. Last year was my first year to join and it was a very wonderful experience. My piece was even featured in Artful Blogging magazine about the event. I made many many new blog friends and it opened my world up to new possibilities & new beginnings. I am a little late starting but as they say...better late than never. Below is my giveaway. It is a piece I made for the souvenir spoon article in Belle Armoire Jewelry but it didn't make it in the article. It is made with seed beads, a souvenir spoon, a small shell that I gathered from the beach with my grandmother as a little girl and a p earl . Don't worry, I have many more shells from that time with my grandmother. My giveaway is open to all. The other day I was told about this cool event by Sue Pieper of Artful Adventures . I have decided to join in the fun. Click on the picture above to find out all about this wonderful event. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post from today, Feb 1 to Feb 13th, 2008. Then on the 14th, Valentines day, I will be picking the winner. Finally finished the piece. This is what Hell feels like

THIS is what hell must feel like. I hate going outside now. I know our " official " temperature was only like 116 or something like that but here is what my car said....and believe me, it felt like it. I hate summers here. Thank God they only last about 3 months! I am sure that when I get my electric bill next month it will be a whopper! Well I must be off because I just noticed I need gas! I don't want to get it during the day so I shall do it in the evening when it's "only" 108 and no sun...
