One more day until I get my life back #147

Today was a stressful day for me. BUT I am going to focus on the positive instead of the stupid men I work with sometimes. Ok...there was a little bit of negative but I had to just get it off my chest. Tomorrow is our open house for our new build out and today was getting the place finished. I felt like I was on Design Star and Clive was about to come in and blow the horn and tell us that was it! But I must say that the office looks DAMN good if I do say so myself! If it wasn't for the girls in the office and a few of the guys from the labor end of our company, it wouldn't look as good as it does. We really busted ass today and I am very appreciative to them for doing sooooo much. The cleaning people are working tonight to get to all the things we didn't want to do, like baseboards etc. Here is a pic of Jen sorting a box in her new office.

But the best part, I think, LOL...not that I am biased at all, is my new office. I love it. And it's cleaned and organized..LOL....just don't look in the closet. Ok Ok...I couldn't get to everything! But here it is.
It used to be our old conference room, so I have a pretty ceiling and what other people call mood lighting, but I love it WAY more than the fluorescent lights. I will be taking pictures of the rest of the office tomorrow when the catering people have done all their set up. (So Sammy...you can see the finished product from when I showed you all the mess.) And what a mess it was. The greatest part of this whole thing??? I get to be normal after tomorrow. No more organizing, cleaning, fussing, worrying, working late. I will be able to do some art. I can concentrate on my own life again. Ahhhh...Sigh....Yeah! Tomorrow will be a good day. I deem it so. See Jen...I am optimistic!
